In last week there was a bandwidth outage due to undersea cable cuts. This resulted in a pretty interesting article ISPs for inter-linking cables . This is when the Indian ISP's have been unable to inter-link between themselves. TRAI tells ISP's to route traffic But still no-go . Please read the book & see the case-studies given here. Its not just the question about poverty but also understanding & sharing responsibilities & benefits to one & all. A solution perhaps to the digital-divide which is between all of us.
